How do I log in?

  • Go to http://www.artistshare.com/v4/Account/LogOn
  • Enter the email address and password for the account and click the "LOGIN" button If you don’t have an ArtistShare account, enter your name, email address, and password under ‘REGISTER HERE’ on the right side of the screen and click the REGISTER’ button to sign up for an ArtistShare account.

    There is no cost for registering.

    Please note:

    • The username is the email address you supplied to create the account.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click the 'forgot password' link and follow the instructions to instantly reset your password.
    • All passwords and usernames are case sensitive.
    • Please make sure you have cookies and javascript enabled in your internet browser before logging in.

How do I reset my password?

  • Go to http://passwords.artistshare.com
  • Enter your email address and click "reset password." An email will be sent to you with a link to enter a new password.
  • Check your email inbox (please add passwords [at] artistshare.com to your list of email contacts to prevent the password reset email from being filtered as SPAM/Junk). Open the "ArtistShare password reset" email.

    Click or copy/paste the password reset link into a web browser to access the password reset

  • Enter and confirm your new password. Click "reset password."
  • Please store your new password in a safe place and remember that it is case sensitive. Please only submit one request to reset your password and then check your email (and SPAM/JUNK folder) as the current link

    will expire upon any additonal reqeust. If you do not receive the email within the following 10-20 minutes, please try again.

How do I change my username/email address?

  • To change your email address/username at any time, first log-in to your ArtistShare account.
  • Once logged in, click the 'CHANGE EMAIL/USERNAME' button on the left of your account page.
  • Follow the instructions to change your email address (which is the same as your username). Changes will apply immediately.

How do I change my artist email list subscriptions?

  • To subscribe/unsubscribe from an artist email list at any time, first log-in to your ArtistShare account.
  • Once logged in, click the 'ARTIST SUBSCRIPTIONS' button on the left of your account page.
  • Click 'SUBSCRIBE' or 'UNSUBSCRIBE' to the right of the artist email list(s) you wish to subscribe/unsubscribe from.
  • Any changes you make to your subscriptions will take immediate effect.

How do I contact an artist through my account?

  • First log-in to your ArtistShare account.
  • Once logged in, you will see a list of offers you are subscribed to.
  • Click on the link or photo of an offer from the artist you want to contact (or click the 'access this offer' button next to the offer you wish to access).
  • Click the ‘send a message’ button underneath ‘SEND A MESSAGE TO THE ARTIST’ toward the bottom of the page.
  • Type your name, your message, and click ‘SEND MESSAGE

How do I make a purchase?

Go to the artist's project page or the ArtistShare Shop, and navigate to the offer you wish to purchase.

Choose the quantity and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button. Click on 'PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT' if you are ready to complete your purchase, or click on 'KEEP SHOPPING' to add more items to your cart.

Once ready to complete your purchase(s), click 'PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT' on your shopping cart page. You will now be prompted to log in or register if you're a new user.

Please enter/choose your shipping address information if prompted. If not, skip to step 7 below. Click 'USE THIS ADDRESS' to select a previously saved shipping address (click 'edit address' to modify an existing address').

Verify the item, price, quantity, shipping charges, and subtotal. Then click the 'NEXT' button.

Follow the steps on the ‘PLACE ORDER’ page to review your order, confirm your address, and enter payment information.

If this is a gift purchase, check the box next to "Yes! Make this a gift for:" and enter the name and email address of the recipient, and a message to the recipient (if desired).

When you are ready, click the 'PLACE ORDER' button below STEP 3 to process your order. Please only press this button once. It can take up to 2 minutes to process your order request.

Your receipt will be displayed on screen and emailed to you upon successful completion of your order.

Where's my shopping cart page?

On the ArtistShare site, you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking ‘SHOPPING CART’ at the top of the page. You can remove or edit items in your cart by clicking the icons underneath ‘EDIT’ and ‘REMOVE’ next to the items you wish to edit or remove.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes.

At this time we do not accept PayPal, however we can accept your payment online via all major credit cards or by check or money order.

Yes.

We accept checks or money orders in US currency from US banks. To place an order online without using a credit card:

    • Follow all the steps to Make A Purchase
    • Proceed to the final checkout page where you would normally enter your credit card information. Review the information on the checkout page. If this is a gift purchase, check the box next to "Yes! Make this a gift for:" and enter the name and email

      address of the recipient, and a message to the recipient (if desired).

    • Print the checkout page and contact us for our mailing address. Then mail us your printed checkout page.

Can I purchase an offer as a gift?

What is ArtistShare?

ArtistShare is a platform that connects creative artists with fans in order to share the creative process and fund the creation of new artistic works. ArtistShare is about "experience" as opposed to just "product." Here at ArtistShare it is our goal to put the "art" back into the word artist. Our patented process allows fans to experience an artist's creative process from its conception to its fruition. Through ArtistShare, artistic projects become a unique and rewarding experience for the fan.



ArtistShare artists share their creative process with their fans through streaming online video, audio, photo galleries, downloads and more. Fans access this unique creative experience online through their ArtistShare accounts.

How do I access my digital project experience content?

All digital project experience content purchased through ArtistShare is available online immediately after purchase through your ArtistShare account.

    • log-in to your ArtistShare account
    • Once logged in, you will see a list of offers you are subscribed to.
    • Click on the link or photo associated with the offer to access the content (or click the 'access this offer' button next to the offer you wish to access).
    • Below the description you will see the media center, where you can access streaming audio and video shows, as well as news and photo galleries.
    • To access the streaming videos, streaming audio, photo galleries, and project news journals associated with this project, locate and click 'EXPERIENCE CENTER' toward the top of the page to access the Project Experience Center page.
    • To access the downloads associated with this project, locate and click 'DOWNLOAD CENTER' toward the top of the page. In order to view .PDF files you will need to download the Adobe Acrobat reader.
    • In order to listen to MP3s you will need an audio player such as iTunes or Windows Media Player.

How many times can I access my account and project experience content?

Your account can be accessed an unlimited number times while the project is still active. You will be notified by email at least 2 weeks before the closing of the project.

Do I need a ShareCard or certificate number to access a project I am participating in?

No.

If you have purchased a Participant Offer online there is no need to redeem a ShareCard or certificate number - the project experience content is already available for you to enjoy in your account.

How do I redeem a ShareCard or certificate number?

To redeem a ShareCard or certificate:

    • Go to http://certificates.artistshare.com
    • Enter your ShareCard or certificate number. (Make sure to enter the numbers exactly. Each box represents a portion of the number separated by dashes. Most ShareCards/certificates can only be redeemed once.)
    • If you do not have an ArtistShare account, fill in your first and last name, email address, and create a password. Then click 'REGISTER.'
    • If you have an ArtistShare account, select 'I am an existing user - I want to Login.' and enter your username and password. Then click on 'LOGIN.'
    • You will now have access to the redeemed Participant Offer in your ArtistShare account.

How do I open my downloaded tracks with iTunes?

a In order to get the music into you will first need to download the tracks to your computer. Here is a step by step guide.

    • Create a new folder on your desktop.
    • Download each track into the folder. Depending on your internet connection this may take between 5-20 minutes.
    • Open iTunes
    • Go the menu at the top under FILE
    • Select "Add folder to Library…"
    • When prompted, find/select the folder you created on your desktop.
    • The albums should now appear in your iTunes library.

US orders

Your package will usually arrive within 3-5 business days for deliveries within the US. We ship via the United States Postal Service using first class postage with delivery confirmation

International orders

For international orders, packages should arrive within 5-10 business days however depending on customs and other factors out of our control it can take from 4-6 weeks. We ship via an internationally known third party fulfillment service.

Where's my order?!

Sometimes the USPS takes longer to deliver packages. Please allow up to 14 business days for US orders and 4-6 weeks for international orders (packages are often held at customs).

If for some reason you have not received your package after this time, please contact us and we will be glad to request a trace on the package and reship if necessary.

Shipping costs

A CD shipped domestically will usually cost $5.95*.

(+ $2.00 for each additional item shipped.)

A CD shipped internationally will usually cost $14.95*

(+ $3.50 for each additional item shipped.)

Shipping charges vary depending on what is included in the participant offer being purchased. All shipping charges will be displayed in the checkout process before placing the order.



Your ArtistShare purchase will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our warehouse in Denver, CO. Once your package has been shipped, an email with the delivery confirmation number (US only) and date of shipment will be sent to you.

There is a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on most items with some exceptions including limited edition, numbered or autographed items and digital only purchases. Remember you’re buying directly from the artist; if you’re not happy the artist isn’t happy. For refunds, please contact Customer Support All refunds are made at the discretion of ArtistShare.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you will send the defective item back we will gladly send you a replacement immediately. Simply contact us to notify us of the defective item.
